Hate for Tmobile

Again a not so happy Cher.

So I got a new phone yesterday after  waiting for like a month
To make a long story short, the damn thing does not work
I went to the tmobile shop today and they couldnt make it recognize the SIM.
I called the helpdesk and they will send a new sim card, I told them that I have doubts that it will work because it didnot work in ther shop either. They still want me to try that out and if that doesnot work i have to call them back. I hope for their sakes that it will work or else I will file in a complaint about everything that has happened this month :@
